FOR LONG-LASTING, SAFE CANDLE BURNING:
RULE #1: ALLOW TIME FOR FIRST BURN
When you light your candle for the first time, I suggest that you allow plenty of time for the candle surface to create a full melt pool (candle is completely melted on the surface all the way to the edge.) This will ensure a long-lasting, clean-burning candle with no tunneling. Therefore, preserving the lifetime of your candle!
RULE #2: TRIM THOSE WICKS
Always trim the wick to 1/4" prior to each burn. This will help support an even, clean burn and to ensure the flame does not get too big.
RULE #3: READ WARNING LABELS
Each Haven + May candle comes affixed with a custom warning label. Please read and follow the instructions! We want you to get the most out of our products while also staying safe.

Do you use essential oils?The fragrance oils are infused with essential oils, therefore not 100% essential oil. All of the fragrances have gone through rigorous testing and are developed for exceptional performance. They are 100% phthalate-free and adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity.

What type of wax do you use?All products are made with 100% soy wax produced from US grown soybeans.
